Terms of Service

Rules for using the Mindcraft-focused Andy API service, operated by Mindcraft CE.

Eligibility and acceptance

By using Andy API, including anonymous API or Playground access, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and obtain any guardian consent required by local law.

Service purpose

Andy API is intended and supported only for Mindcraft CE engineering and related project work, including bots, agents, integrations, debugging, deployment, and project documentation. Unrelated requests may function, but they are outside the service's support contract and service guarantees. The available models and capabilities are selected by Mindcraft CE for these workflows rather than as a general-purpose flagship model catalog.

Responsible use

Use Andy API only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not attack or disrupt the service or its providers; seek credentials; distribute malware; evade safety, account, network, quota, or rate controls; abuse others; or misrepresent untrusted content as trusted system or operator instructions.

Accounts, keys, and content

You are responsible for activity using your account and API keys. Keep keys secret, revoke compromised keys promptly, and do not sell or publish access in a way that bypasses limits. Never send keys to support.

You retain rights you hold in submitted content and authorize Mindcraft CE and necessary safety, generation, and embedding providers to process it to operate and secure Andy API. Do not submit content you lack authority to process. If other people use your integration, you are responsible for giving required notice and obtaining required consent.

Service controls and availability

Requests are subject to safety and abuse controls. Models, routing preferences, providers, rate limits, quotas, context and output limits, and features may change. Preference routers do not guarantee a particular model or capability and may fall through to other eligible models.

Andy API is provided without a service-level agreement and may be interrupted, degraded, changed, or discontinued. Upstream services can fail independently.

Enforcement

Mindcraft CE may restrict or disable access for suspected abuse, safety violations, limit evasion, provider risk, or operational necessity. Email [email protected] to request review; restoration is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and liability

Andy API and model output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or non-infringement. Verify important output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindcraft CE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes and contact

These Terms may change as the service evolves. The effective date identifies the current text. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
