Acceptance and eligibility
By using Andy API, including anonymous API or Playground access, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13. If local law requires consent before you can enter this agreement, a parent or guardian must consent for you.
Permitted use
Use Andy API only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not attack or disrupt the service or its providers; probe for credentials; distribute malware; evade safety systems; abuse other people; or use accounts, keys, alternate accounts, VPNs, proxies, or rotating networks to avoid limits or enforcement.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for activity performed with your API keys. Keep them secret, revoke compromised keys promptly, and do not sell, share, or publish access in a way that bypasses account or network limits. Never send a key to Andy API support.
Your content
You retain any rights you have in submitted content. You authorize Mindcraft CE and necessary providers to transmit, moderate, and process it to operate, secure, and deliver Andy API. Do not submit content you lack authority to process.
Limits and availability
Rate limits, quotas, models, providers, and features may change at any time. Higher access requires separate written approval. The service is provided without a service-level agreement and may be interrupted, degraded, or discontinued. Upstream providers can fail or change independently.
Restrictions and termination
Mindcraft CE may temporarily restrict or permanently disable any account or access at any time, with or without advance notice, including for suspected abuse, safety violations, limit evasion, provider risk, or operational necessity. Disclaimers and liability
Andy API and model output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or non-infringement. Verify important output yourself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindcraft CE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Changes and contact
Mindcraft CE may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
