Changes are validated, encrypted in SQLite, and applied atomically without a restart. Drag-free ordering controls neutral auto priority. Bootstrap provider connections stay locked; runtime bearer providers accept a credential pasted here and never display it again.

Zero quota values are unlimited. Anonymous output requires a ceiling; registered tiers may leave it blank so model capability governs.

These non-secret controls are validated and swapped with the model and access policy. Moderation credentials, provider transport headers, trusted proxies, email, Turnstile secrets, and application secrets remain file-managed.

Active blocks include anonymous traffic. Andy never stores or displays raw IP addresses here—only a keyed network fingerprint, reason, expiry, and privacy-safe event counts. Changing the block duration in Live request policy affects future blocks; adjust existing blocks below.

Account and key-level aggregates for successful authenticated traffic. Historical analytics begin with this release; prompts, responses, raw IPs, and secrets are never stored.
